The rental rates for Villa Nessos are:

When using the villa by five people there is an extra charge of 10 Euros per night. There are no further booking or service costs. The number of days you can choose freely. Between July 16 and August 15 (high season) the minimum rental period is 10 days. On the
availability page you can see which days are still free. You are free to choose the arrival and departure date. On arrival you can move into the villa after 14.00 hrs. On the departure day you can use the villa until 10:00 hrs. The rent includes • electricity and water • linens for the beds and towels for the bathrooms and kitchen, which are changed once a week • cleaning once a week • free use of Internet (WiFi) Payment Terms: • When booking we require a deposit of 25% of the total amount, only then is your reservation definitive. •The remainder is due 6 weeks before arrival. Cancellation fees: • If canceled up to 6 weeks before arrival the cancellation fee is 25%. • If canceled after that, the full amount is due. By booking you indicate your agreement to the above arrangements. You can take a cancellation insurance with your bank or insurance company.
